Environmental & Lubrication Solutions, Inc was created in support of our activities as lubrication consultants. We sell and support various products and services that are best handled from an entrepreneurial perspective.
Distributing the Hydrotex, Zep, Hazard Control Technologies, and Sphag Sorb product lines are great products that our customers tell us they find useful.
I work with Engineers. Plant Maintenance Supervisors, and Fleet Managers. I help blueprint their facility’s lubrication management and predictive maintenance program on equipment through the use of education and best lubrication solutions. This results in major annual savings, increased equipment availability, and lower costs of equipment ownership.
I’m also available to lead professional development of facility staff and professional organizations as well as guest lecture for educational classes on a variety of lubrication based maintenance classes. A more complete listing is attached.
Courses range from a two hour stand alone class to a series for in-depth knowledge of a subject for professional development.

Located in Modesto, CA, in the Riverbank Industrial Complex. We have full amenities to help us service our customers’ needs. The facility is serviced by rail and truck. The loading dock can handle the largest shipments, both outbound and in-bound. The warehouse is clean and well organized, with room to grow. We are very careful to follow a FIFO (first in, first out) strategy. We keep track of lot numbers for every item in every shipment.
Most product within a 100 mile radius is delivered by us with others shipped via FedEx Ground or an LTL carrier, depending on the shipment. All product is kept off the concrete floors, either on a pallet or a pallet on a rack. The lighting in the warehouse is all motion controlled LED lights, helping save energy. Old pallets, used drums and used BST’s are sent out for recycling.
